Domostatic is a dropshipping platform that allows the online purchase of products supplied and shipped by selected third-party partners.
Studio STA snc acts as a commercial intermediary, managing the platform, transactions, and customer support.

3. Website Registration

To place an order, users can register by creating a personal account or proceed with the purchase as a guest.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided and for safeguarding their login credentials.

4. Products and Availability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Technical specifications, dimensions, and colors may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer or the device used for viewing.
Product availability is indicated on the website.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices indicated on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Average delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days from the order confirmation.
Any delays not attributable to Domostatic (e.g., customs, strikes, force majeure) do not entitle the customer to withdrawal or compensation.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product by notifying the company via the email address indicated on the website.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and unused.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact Domostatic within 14 days of receipt, providing photos and a description of the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

Studio STA snc is not liable for delays, non-performance, or damages resulting from force majeure or events beyond its direct control.
The Owner is also not responsible for any improper use of the products by the customer.
