Shipping
Domostatic ships orders using a dropshipping model, through partner suppliers and couriers.
Average delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and destination.
Any delays caused by customs, holidays, or force majeure do not entitle the customer to refunds or order cancellations.
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase and may vary based on weight, number of items, or destination.
Returns
Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To request a return, a written communication must be sent to info@studiosta.it, indicating the order number and the product to be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
After verifying the condition of the returned items, a refund will be issued according to the procedures outlined in the following section.
