Refund Policy

Domostatic guarantees a refund for:

• Defective or non-compliant products;

• Orders canceled within the allowed time frame;

• Returns notified within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (card or PayPal), within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product or from the confirmation of the cancellation.

Non-refundable items:

• Items damaged after delivery due to improper use;

• Customized or made-to-order products;

• Return shipping costs (borne by the customer).

In the case of defective products or shipping errors, Domostatic will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
